Is the coating on your pan scratched? Don't worry. We offer a special recoating service for our products. You can send your pan in at any time and we will make sure it comes back like new.
Recoating Details
After years of use, even the best non-stick coating can lose its effectiveness. To ensure that you can continue to enjoy your favorite pan, we offer a recoating service.
Your pan will be sandblasted and given a new coating, and the screws will be tightened. This means you get your pan back in almost new condition.

New fittings
For an additional charge we can also install new handles or side handles.
The surcharge is:
- fixed SKK handle: 4,90 €
- removable SKK handle: 9,90 €
- Side handle: €3.90 each
Please let us know in your letter if you would like new fittings so that we can take this into account when invoicing.
This service is only available for Germany, service for EU customers on request.
Step 1
Our recoating service for your pan!
Use our recoating service for your SKK products. After you have purchased the service, you will receive an email with detailed instructions. In it you will find all the information about shipping the pan, including the address and packing tips to avoid damage in transit.

Send us your pan
Pack your SKK product securely and send it to:

Note: Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation so that we can identify your pan and send it back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to SKK. Packages sent postage due cannot be accepted. Please also send any handles or stems!
Step 3
Coating and return shipping
Once we receive your pan, it will be recoated and your handles will be reinstalled. Processing time is 8-14 days. A 1:1 exchange is not possible; you will receive a newly coated or slightly modified model.
