Shipping overseas is only possible upon request.

Vouchers

We only send vouchers by email. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Important note for international deliveries

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, additional costs may apply. These include customs duties, taxes or fees for the transfer of money (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees charged by credit institutions), which must be borne by you and are not our responsibility.

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 1-3 working days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after receipt of payment).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
