You have 30 days from the day you received the product to return it.

Please note that you have to bear the costs of returning the item yourself.

Parcels are not accepted cash on delivery or without shipping. If a return package is sent to a parcel shop or post office, it will not be picked up and will therefore be sent back to you within 30 days. The return package can then be sent correctly to our address. Since the 30-day return period offered is then exceeded, we must be informed of this before another return.

Return costs

We do not charge return shipping costs for orders with delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands.

For orders with delivery addresses in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, a flat rate return fee of €10 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exclusions

In general, the same exclusions apply to our return guarantee as to the statutory right of withdrawal.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want your kitchen to be perfectly equipped, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all of our pans, saucepans and other products. If you find that your item doesn't quite meet your expectations, we're here for you. You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return packaging

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Missing original packaging will result in a loss of value. Make sure the item is securely packaged when you return it. Please note the following:

• No loose parts in the box as this may cause scratches to the product.
• You bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive it.
• We recommend that you keep the postal receipt and tracking number in case any damage occurs during transport.
• The packaging provided must be used as received to ensure the item is securely secured.
