How can I order?
The easiest way to order is directly in our online shop. Alternatively, we are happy to accept your order by phone or email.
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal and Sofortüberweisung and much more. You can find further details on our payment and delivery page.
What happens if the payment was not successful?
If there are any problems with the payment, we will inform you immediately. We will then offer you the opportunity to choose an alternative payment method.
Shipment
How much does shipping cost?
In Germany, we deliver your order to your home free of charge for orders over 50.00 EURO.
If you would like to have an order delivered to another EU country, you can find the relevant delivery costs and delivery limits on our payment and delivery page.
When will my order be shipped?
If payment is received before 2 p.m. (on working days), your goods will usually be dispatched on the same day.
In exceptional cases and in case of increased volume, at the latest on the next working day.
Can I have my order shipped to a parcel station?
Yes, we ship all orders via DHL, so delivery to your preferred parcel station is easily possible.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. International deliveries usually take 3-7 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after shipping you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. Alternatively, you can also here Track with your tracking number.

Coating service
How does the recoating service work?
Your cookware will be sandblasted to remove old coatings and then given a new non-stick coating. After that, the handles will be reinstalled.
How long does the recoating take?
Processing time is on average 8-14 days, but may vary depending on production volume.
What are the costs associated with recoating?
The new coating costs €29.90 plus €6.90 return shipping costs. New handles cost extra.
Which products can be recoated?
All SKK cast aluminum products can be recoated to renew the non-stick effect.
