At SKK Guss Germany we are convinced of the quality and durability of our
Products so convinced that we offer you a lifetime guarantee on the floors
of our cast aluminum products. Our non-stick coating is also part of
among the best of their kind. Therefore, depending on the product type, we grant up to 5
years on the surface sealing. This warranty covers manufacturing and
Material defects from the date of purchase and is valid worldwide.
But even after that we won't leave you out in the cold. It's in the nature
of things that the non-stick property of cookware (a

to have it reconditioned at cost price. This will ensure that your

Our promise for your satisfaction

The guarantee covers the products supplied by SKK Küchen- und Gasgeräte GmbH (excluding accessories). The guarantee is provided in the form that, at SKK's discretion, the defective goods or individual parts will be replaced or repaired. The costs for materials and working hours will be borne by SKK. The statutory warranty rights of the consumer remain unaffected.

Warranty period

All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period to the retailer where the product was purchased or directly to our branch. Warranty claims expire no later than 30 years after the first delivery, even if warranty services have already been provided.

Processing

If material or processing defects are found in the goods within the warranty period, warranty claims must be made immediately, but no later than within one month. Warranty claims can be submitted to the retailer or directly to our branch. The customer bears the costs and the risk of loss or damage during transport to or from the place that accepts the warranty claims. Please also enclose your proof of purchase with the return shipment.

Warranty claims will only be considered if a written complaint is submitted, which includes the name, address of the claimant and the nature of the complaint. Should SKK decide to replace the defective product, a comparable product can be provided if the original product is no longer manufactured. A replacement in the original color cannot be guaranteed.

exclusion

The following cases are excluded from the guarantee or cannot be taken into account:

• Heat-resistant glass lids
• Single-layer products such as steamer inserts or other accessories
• Damage caused by force majeure or environmental influences
• Damage caused by improper handling, in particular by use outside normal private household conditions or by failure to follow the care and use instructions
• Damage caused by commercial use, whereby the warranty is limited to one year
• Repairs by unauthorized persons
• Mechanical damage of any kind
• Normal signs of wear such as scratches or discoloration
• Natural wear in the non-stick area
• Violently destroyed seal
• Overheating (burnt pans with black, tarry residue)
• Damage caused by temperature shocks

The consumer’s statutory warranty rights are not restricted by this guarantee.
